Dr. Sanjay Dhir comes from a long line of healers and dentists; his great grandpa used to be a surgeon. His grandpa, mom, and dad were all professional dentists. He is a social person that believes in the respect and dignity of all individuals. He enjoys what he does on a daily basis; it allows him to make a difference to the world, be creative, and offer a setting for interpersonal relationships with his community. He enjoys his time at the office: he spends more than half of his waking hours there. As a result, his colleagues and patients have become close friends. When he's at the workplace, he's at ease with himself. He enjoys talking with his employees, who he considers to be like family; they have the finest laughs together.
